Requirements

Essential:

Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related.

2-3 years marketing execution experience (beauty/fragrance/lifestyle preferred).

Event planning/execution experience.

Advanced Excel (tracking, analysis, reporting).

Strong organization & detail focus.

Process-oriented & deadline-driven.

Excellent communication & decision-making.

Proactive & multi-tasking.

Preferred:

Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM, automation).

Passion for marketing trends & learning.

Willing to relocate to Dubai.
